SEARCH REQUEST FORM |
The Ancestor Record Search Request form enables you to give
as much information as you can about the ancestor you are looking
for, plus information about any other family members that will
help to the Genealogy Detective to make positive identification.
Please use this form to give as much information as you possibly
can.
You must at least be able to provide the following information
to initiate a search:
- Surname
- First name
- Approximate year of birth
- Location (at least the COUNTRY & COUNTY in which they were
living)
Fields marked with * are mandatory and must be completed
to successfully an Ancestor Record Search request.
